Terms & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products and programs sold by ScaleFlow AI ("ScaleFlow," "we," "our," "us"), including Hunter AI, the Prompt Pack, the Authority Engine, and the AI OS Workshop (collectively, the "Products"). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
2. What You're Buying
Hunter AI, the Prompt Pack, and the Authority Engine are self-serve digital products: files, guides, and video content delivered electronically for your own business use. The AI OS Workshop is a scheduled group program delivered virtually on the date stated at purchase. None of these Products are financial, legal, or business advice, and none guarantee a specific result — see Section 6.
3. License & Restrictions
- You may use the files, prompts, templates, and guides for your own business (or, if you are a consultant or agency, for your own clients' businesses).
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the Products or their contents as your own product, course, or repo — including on marketplaces, in bundles, or as a "leaked" or shared copy.
- You may not represent yourself as ScaleFlow AI, Hunter AI, or affiliated with us without written permission.
4. Refunds — Hunter AI, Prompt Pack, Authority Engine
30 days, no hoops. If you work through the guide and it's not for you, email support@scaleflowhq.ai within 30 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund — including any add-ons purchased in the same order. We may ask what didn't work so we can improve the product; answering is optional.
5. Refunds & Transfers — AI OS Workshop
- Full refund if canceled any time up to August 1, 2026 (one week before the first cohort).
- Inside that window (after August 1), your seat is no longer refundable, but you may transfer it to a future cohort or send a colleague in your place — email support@scaleflowhq.ai to arrange either.
- No-shows on the event day receive a transfer credit to a future cohort, not a cash refund.
- Seats are limited per cohort; once a cohort is full, purchases are automatically queued for the next available date and you'll be notified before any charge is finalized.
6. Launch Pricing
Hunter AI is offered at a limited-time launch-event price. Once the launch window closes, the price returns to its regular rate. The price you pay at checkout is the price you keep — it will not increase retroactively for past purchases.
7. No Results Guarantee
Outcomes from using Hunter AI, the Prompt Pack, the Authority Engine, or attending the AI OS Workshop depend on factors specific to your business — your offer, your list, your market, and the effort you put in. Any examples, case studies, or results referenced in our marketing (including our own results) are illustrative, not a promise of what you will achieve. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, revenue, or any specific business outcome.
8. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email, typically within minutes of purchase, to the address used at checkout. If you don't receive your delivery email within a few hours, check spam/promotions first, then contact support@scaleflowhq.ai.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Changes do not apply retroactively to refund or transfer rights you already held at the time of purchase.
